i did NOT in the case of where i was living until yesterday morning

yeah, it's verrrry hit or miss. i first typed 'hit or mess' which was pretty much also true

i had some pretty awesome roommates in the past who are my best friends but still, alone is wonderful.

i lived with people in college who were amazing

but we all had similar interests and there, i could come and go if i wanted to

yeah, feeling like you have the freedom of the place is key

i wasn't stuck there or confined to walking distance/bus routes once i came home at 5pm

i had no idea how much it had depressed me until i actually realized that i was staying upset longer because i had no way to escape

my first place out of college i lovvvved the month i was working 18 hours a day because it meant i didn't have to deal with my roommates

i'd just go straight to my room because people were constantly using the tv or whatever

and then they'd be like "all you do is sit in your room"

yeah because i've got nowhere else to go and relax unless i walk a mile in any direction

yeah, same. and then when the electric bill was higher than they wanted they complained about me spending time on my computer instead of doing things together

lmao dirtbag would literally rather it be 90F+ in the house than run the AC

he liked it hot so the rest of us had to

ugh, 90's a bit much

yeahhh and i dont like it hot at all

me neither. i'm cheap so will keep it as hot as i can bear but that's like low 80s.

but i also lived the last few years without AC so got used to being uncomfortable

the fact that he wouldn't moderate it at all to accommodate you is the worst bit

oh no we all had to adapt to fit him
