when we moved the last time it was about 3 miles so we did it ourselves going back & forth!

for us the full service packed the boxes, marked them, loaded trucks, moved them, unloaded trucks & put in appropriate rooms in house

sometimes they dissassemble and assemble big stuff too...

we're that same way-hate spending the money if we can do it ourselves. If you can move it all in 1 truck then maybe just do yourself!
