it felt like a formality to make sure I had all my teeth in my head and wasn't foaming at the mouth

they said they really liked my animation test, they liked that I had a ton of work experience, art related or not

and the dude who interviewed me even went to the same school as I did and we bonded over having some of the same teachers

they said they want someone to start within the week which I told them I can totally do, and all they're waiting on really is for the new workspaces to get set up

they said they'd email me later this week with the deets

so while they didn't say directly to me that I had the job, it feels pretty good!

I'm gonna follow up with them, let them know that I appreciated the interview and that I look forward to hearing from them soon

they even showed me what I'd be working on too, which I think is a pretty good sign that I'm in

ahh yeah that all sounds like good signs!!
