pissed off!! So I work my ass off at our store for 18 months, am the best at my job by far and the lazy new girl on the dept gets Employee of the month, an award I never even knew we had! WTF?

AMEN! Still trying to work out where the hell that award came from, she's RUBBISH and makes no effort to improve when coached. Plus as I said, we've never heard of employee of the month before eh?
