it's by no means the only myth-based canon but it's the most popular right now

the slight difference with that is that lincoln was definitely a person who existed and marvel thor verse characters are based directly on fictional myths

I'd prefer it, but a lot of fables have unnamed characters, or names you could use as titles as opposed to real names. (Like Beauty and Beast.)

this may be an odd question but I'm really liking the look of this so I hope you don't mind my chatter

what kind of tone are you looking for? grimm's fairy tales are wildly different from the fluffed-up modern versions, for instance, and cautionary tales tend to be pretty dark

but given that characters are filling mythological roles it could really swing either way?

I'm just curious about kind of the meta attitude

I'm definitely not going for a horror game, but there will be some darker moments, based on the theme of lessons and dark fables.

I'm going for a mix, I guess? It's not going to be a Grimm's game, or a Disney game, but it'll have some influence of both extremes.
