he had an appointment at 9 and it was like 10;30 when he stormed out.

the guy was like "no! i dont want to talk to her! my appointment was at 9! this is bullshit! if the doctor cant show up at her scheduled appointments then.. then this is crap! this is unprofrssional!"

then he just walked out the doors LOL dude he was so angry

the othet canceling patient was a woman. she said she was too dizzy to stay any longer since she had been fasting the whole time omg

the staff on the phone w the doctor was trying to tell the lady tgat the doctor would be here soon. "shes like two minutes away"

but the woman was like "thats what you told me an hour ago"

then she and her daughter sat in the lobby w us. then another patient and her child also came out to wait.

so the lobby consisted of us, the fadting mother and her child, another mother and child, and elderly woman, and a woman maybe in her 40s

they were just appalled lol the elderly woman was like "ive been here a while too" and they all quietly chatted about the time

and i couldnt help but laugh LOL i joined their conversation and explained that the best time to schedule an appointment was around 11 or 12 bcos the doctor doesnt show up until then

i also told them about the first few times we visited this clinic and how we had to wait almosy 4 hours just to see the doctor

the docyor showed up shortly after (i guess the "2 mins away" was actuallu real lol) and she quickly walked in greeting everyone good morning

but idk maybe its because ive experienced this multiple times now, but her greetings never really felt genuine lol also theres a lot of tension whenever she walks in

she talked to the staff and stuff but there was no yelling. but you could hear her annoyance. tbh i was kind of disappointed LOL bcos i wanted the new patients to see how badly she treats her staff and convice

them never to make appointments at this clinic again LOL its a terrible place and a waste of a good 1 - 3 hours of your day

and like usual of every visit, everyone got checked at by the doctor in like one whole minute and got out the door. you wait like 2 hours to get looked at for 5 minutes at most. ridiculous

i asked my grandma later about the staff change. usually this really kind lady works the front desk, but shes also the one who gets the most abuse from the doctor. like honestly i think she purposely picked on

that lady the most omg. she always yelled SUPET LOUD at her and complained about her work (when honestly she was just doing her job??? unlike the doctor?? LOL)

anyway, apparently she got fired. im kind of really sad to hear that. but also kind of glad. now she doesnt have to wake up every morning and face that hell clinic again omfg i hope shes found a better job

and is doing alright now :c
