Could someone explain this Gacha craze in SL? My understanding is you pay a fixed L$ into a vendor and receive one of many items with rare items received less often. Is there more to it than that?

Could someone explain this "Gacha" craze in SL? My understanding is you pay a fixed L$ into a vendor and receive one of many items with rare items received less often. Is there more to it than that?

I don't know. But all I know it's like a game of chance and you just get lucky sometimes. One of my friends just transfers duplicates to me, not that I mind. LOL.
