I think I have always just cruised along, I don't really plan, set goals and stuff... Is this living in the moment or is it apathy....I'm either ridiculously slack or inadvertently zen
i think thats basically it, Faery... me i have to really learn it to "stay in the moment"sometimes. LIke for example some ppl (like yours truly lol) can spoil their entire day by worrying about tomorrow etc.
I feel that it is also about your mind actually being tuned in to what is happening, not being introvertedly distracted on other thoughts or practising presenteeism.
Being in the moment means being there, at that minute, with all your attention... seeing, hearing, feeling.. not thinking about other things, texting someone, planning things, or wishing you were elsewhere.
