I think I have always just cruised along, I don't really plan, set goals and stuff... Is this living in the moment or is it apathy....I'm either ridiculously slack or inadvertently zen (thinking)

i think thats basically it, Faery... me i have to really learn it to "stay in the moment"sometimes. LIke for example some ppl (like yours truly lol) can spoil their entire day by worrying about tomorrow etc.

I feel that it is also about your mind actually being tuned in to what is happening, not being introvertedly distracted on other thoughts or practising presenteeism.
