Ok - so. Lucie, who owns Osito, just moved a ton of FULL PERM stuff from 1500 feet in the air, to ground level. Now all her perms are greyed out, even though they were full - so she can't set her items for sale

This is a shot in the dark, but maybe try copy+pasting them into her inventory then rez the copy+pasted versions
Or, try right highlighting the items and hitting ctrl+z until they end up back up where they were

mama i' just let luice know that it's probs impssible and she should put a sign down at the ground saying the store is under co and have a tp to a skybox where she has some of her items out for sale in the mean

it's just a bit frustrating for her i think because she kinda faffed prims in with mesh and linked it all splitting apart three builds to make the one she's now using - idk. I couldn't do it. I'd explode.
My stuff was 2500 m up and I moved it to 20ish m on the ground it all Greyed out and no matter what I did it wouldn't be full perm agai

i think it's probs an sl bug
she really should build on the ground this time just to save herself the trouble. orrr build in the sky, then pick it up or parts up and rez on the ground
i normally used to rez a platform above my store an rez all m vendors there then drag em into place in the store

I don't think the building in the sky is the issue, it was definitely the moving it down instead of taking it into inventory and rezzing it on the ground

Could a sim rollback help here? Dunno if this is a valid reason or them to do it, I would think so since it's some kind of weird bug by the sound of it, but dunno how reasonable of a solution that would be.
