It's like a run only… you have to climb walls, crawl under barbed wire, jump through hoops, carry weights, leap over fire, etc
I guess it's more like an obstacle course
Also at the end you have to fight a dude to finish the race.
The thing is they always change what the obstacles are going to be, expect for a few. So you never know what you're in for until you get there.
My body is not quite ready.
I bought an elliptical and a few heavier weights. Signed up for their newsletter with daily workout routines aimed to help you prep for the course too.
There's one in April in Queens, but I won't be ready for that, lol. At all.
So I'm aiming for the one in June, but even that isn't enough time to train properly, I think lol
Oh well, it's more about just giving it a shot, you know?
It's just important to keep having goals, lest you remain stagnant
Also no more cigs… good, because I finished my last pack last weekend. I was already cutting back anyway at least, so that… helps. Better late than never
