They're discontinued as of a while ago, but you can still get drivers on Rugged Tablet PCs and Mobile Computing Solutions | Motion Computi... ... since they're old, mine was under 150.

Are they Mac compatible?

They're standalone PCs, so I'd assume not.

Though I'll confess, I'm not terribly savvy about these things-- You might be able to run some sort of emulator, maybe?

holeinmysoul: you could probably install your own OS of choice, and I know a PC can run MAC OS's if you do it right. I bet it's possible.
