Because if the words "I'm having a bad mental health day" come out of my mouth, one of three things is liable to happen:

1) They'll freak out.

2) They'll be like "there's no such thing snap out of it"

or 3) "Oh come ooooon (pouty face from my dad) this will make you feel better"

(ahaha no it fucking won't I know for a fact that if I go on a picnic I will be fucking miserable today)

Plus I couldn't sleep last night so idk fuck that
