Capt Johnson (the guy who calmed things down) was not consulted before the moronic local cops made their press statement about the name of the shooter (and the alleged robbery). This explains a lot.
Yeah. It does. Not a damn one of them has any understanding of crowd or individual human psychology. Of course they wouldn't consult with him. He's not one of them.
