Since Latvia's first transformations are going to be very psychological (because that's the best I can manage right now) I'm not sure how to play it .

I'm thinking attraction to high places and weather prediction first.

I could always incorporate the hunger thing by having him absentmindedly snack on insects he can catch

He's going to put off the whole human-eating thing as long as he can.

Having him run into people by accident on the job or going to the wrong address or people catching him trying to sneakily dispose of something he couldn't deliver.

Plus I just want to really give him a bike to ride around on.

As for delivering what I'm not sure. He could just be a mail carrier, or maybe for a bakery or farm produce or something.

Hmm, well I guess I can be vague and then figure that out later.
