It is this veggie called romanesco broccoli. SO GOOD. It has a nutty taste that is so unique and flavorful.

We roasted it in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and OH Good lord... Food porn.

Oh i had it, just once, can't find it anymore buuu but yes it is delicious.

I ffeel like i need to drop some acid before I could enjoy this properly..

and by 'properly' i mean play with it till the acid wears off and never get any cooking done because it was too awesome to look at
