I guess you could say that my first name is kind of a family name. There are a lot of Jacqueline in my family with all various spellings. Though mine, Jacquelyn, is the same as my grandmothers.

My middle name Aris was because my dad totally goofed it was actually going to be heiress since I was the first daughter, but he didn't know how to spell it so he put Aris.

Mom kind of liked it I guess so it never got corrected.

And Moon is Moon, I don't really know much more than it's just the surname of my father's family.

Oh and I hate it when my cousins call me Jacky, though I don't mine Jack and abhor going by Lynn.
