[NARUTO 699+700] I half regret waking up to this. Over half is so "wtf", and all the smaller details are nice. But, the bigger picture of all? This isn't my precious childhood+teenhood series I loved to pieces.
NaruHina being canon? Bad decision. Naruto should have ended up with a girl we don't know or someone like.... Ino?
Or just have a solo life leading kids to the futures. Not exactly an Academy teacher or a Jounin leading a 3 man squad but... something.
SasuSaku? One of the worst decision ever made in history of pairings. Kishi just doesn't seem to want to give her a healthy happy ending, does he?
I really wished Kishimoto hadn't went into the romance area, that is one area of storytelling he is not good at. Even he knows that.
NaruSaku had more positive development than SasuSaku and NaruHina, but I'm glad he just stuck with just friends/comrades/family relations with them.
With Boruto... I don't know what to think of him. His design looks neat. But, *bolt"? Why name him after the great Neji? This is terrible. This basically made it look like Kishimoto killed off Neji for NaruHina
purposes and to have a kid named simiarly after him.
NGL, at first I thought Sarada was SasuKarin's kid at first.
More like, I was confused with Sarada. The person who left spoiler hints in the NF thread left some a picture of a fan, a cherry blossom, and... salad? So I thought,
"so Sasuke TOSSED the salad about Sakura, huh. Great."
I can't even express all of my feelings as I would have liked.
I'm just going to liveplurk when the chapters come out, I guess. So my thoughts are more put together then. It's everywhere this morning.
Also, it's pretty disgusting that people keep talking about pairings and their kids like it's some genes game for Narutoverse OP stuff. Treating them like dolls only put together to create an OP biological kid.
Also (part 2), saying NaruSasu/NaruSaku will still live on to be canon through BorutoxSarada is ridiculous... Just. Wat.
