(and if you wanted to have her Wake on the beach, that's mostly along the upper half of the outer Eastern District, so along where the windmill, All Blue and such are)
truth be told, just about the entire GR cast Woke in North aaaand most of them live there, so...yeah... we know that area best XD;
but given that's where Holiday's old home is located and it's where the cast is currently staying, they'll try to get Holiday up that way to stay with them
