I just follow the instruction and watch a few youtube videos for reference... I baste my turkey with butter, btw.

pro tip: once you have finished your meal, don't let the leftover sit on the table, send the rest of it into the fridge asap, the turkey will stay nice and juicy a lot longer that way.

yup! it's perfect for breakfast/lunch the next day! add some onions, carrots, and celery and make a delicious and hearty congee/porridge. It's freaking delicious.
