I saw today that the anime is apparently on episode 68. That sounds exhausting.
Yeah, I stopped watching somewhere in the 30s... It's def better to follow in the manga
I don't remember the context for that line, omg
It's in the profile for the catcher that's not Miyuki.
So I guess in this school you either have to put up with Miyuki's smirk or learn to love sexual harassment.
I do appreciate that they have branched out from only playing against Satan. Now their opponent appears to be some sort of mischievous fairy child.
I love the crotch-grabbing catcher, I wanna see abe try out this technique on mihashi lolol
also yeah I quit watching the anime somewhere in the 30s as well. the animation is SO BAD (well rather it's often just absent)
and then I enjoyed the voice acting I was like, meh, I like the manga better anyway and I already know all the anime plot from the manga so why bother
It's a bummer that the anime is so subpar. A lot of the characters have body language that would be fun in motion.
Oh wow I forgot to post this screencap when I was reading. I feel like sports are always on the verge of being porn.
These kids are really cute. They want to pitch so badly but they can't because they're still kind of terrible.
Whoa, shit just got real in chapter 57.
YEAH that was some real shit that went down
Poor Tanba. And when I had just started remembering his name.
hahaha <3 I HAD TTLY 4GOTTEN HIS NAME lol (but that's true for me & most characters in that manga)
yeah, the only name I really remember all of the time in that manga is Chris-senpais. NOT EVEN SAWAMURA OR MIYUKI GET THAT HONOR
same!! haha. sometimes I'm like "w8 is he eijun or eijin or eiji shit it's ei-something right?" & then I have 2 look it up, but I never 4get chris-senpai
I dunno chris-senpai's last name tho lol
this also reminds me how i always get sawamura and sugawara mixed up in haikyuu haha. (AT LEAST I THINK THOSE ARE THEIR NAMES)
I can remember Miyuki and Chris-senpai of course, but I keep mixing up the vowels in Eijun and Furuya's names.
This book needs a page at the beginning of each volume with all the characters' names and pictures, like they do sometimes in superhero team books.
20 players plus staff, managers, opponents, etc... it's a lot of names and positions to remember.
I really identify with Furuya here. It's okay, kid. I can't stand in crowds without passing out either.
The fairy rival's (Mei?) crush on Furuya is really cute as well.
I'm actually pretty into Eijun/Furuya when they're squabbling baby rivals instead of dramatic ones.
This is like some video game where the main character is handsomely rendered and all the background ones are generic blocks.
eijun/furuya fooling around and razzing each other are gr8 comic relief
Furuya is, no lie, my favorite character. When I can remember his name...
in baseball technique he's also kinda haruna-y, I like that haha. altho they are nothing alike in personality XD
Furuya is a cutie. He has not had much time to shine on his own yet but his blank stare while Eijun flips out always cheers me up.
I look forward for more of them fooling around, especially if it's the sexy kind of fooling around.
