Ohh and no coffee, ive switched it to green tea.. Seems like a lot to cut out for people who are use to a western diet, I always thought I could never live without some things
But now I am seeing that I dont need any of these thngs to be healthy and actually eating anything ive listed has only been bad for my health. removing these things I have already noticed a change!
