click the "smile face" under the dialog box→in the the lower right there is a another smile face,click it then you can add the emotion picture to your emotion icon

If you want to use it in your message,click the "smile face" and click the third part.You will find that emotion picture is already in there.

another simple way is
When you see someone use the emotion picture and you want to get it,move the cursor to click that emotion picture.
This way also can get the new picture.
