my boss had to fire a tutor who was not satisfactory to the parents. she is a good person, a good employee and he has worked for 3 years to NOT fire her. She is pissed at him...and me.
me, because I guess I should have kept him from firing her. sigh...her behavior is reinforcing the need to let her go.

sorry you're having to deal with that. Never pleasant.
He had to share with her that a parent complained. she started to cry, and said she would quit. he has been giving her hours and work when it cost him money because he felt she needed help
now, everything is our fault and we are picking on her....I wasn't even involved in their conversation.

Work drama is awful 
She came to pick up her check. boss made a reimbursement check for some things she bought. She threw it at him...literally...threw it, saying "I don't need this!"...weird!!!
just remember it is not your fault.
