storm seems like an interesting application. dunno though; has to survive a turn before turning on for... what, 1-use past in flames? may or may not be worth the effort

honestly to me it reads as a clunkier snapcaster if you're just going to flip him as soon as possible in one of those formats

The difference is that Storm is a deck that will play cards like thought scour simply because it wants cards in the bin.

put useful things into the bin...

then flip up and let you recast a Serum Visions...

when you're trying to storm out.

Probably though it's vulnerability does mean it probably doesn't get in on account of Pyromancer's Ascension.

yeah idk if looter that turns into a flashback is worth it having to survive a turn
