we were meant to have a delivery like we normally do on a monday, except it was getting late and when michelle called she found out it was a new driver. okay then!

except it should have been with us at like 10. it got to 1:30. she kept calling and getting nothing - until they answered and told her that it wasn't coming. why?

because the new driver had managed two deliveries and gone home in tears. direct quote
