For example, if the most recent post was made on the evening of Day 3, the next post could be the morning of Day 4 (unless the last post was backdated).

If the last post was made on Day 4 with no specific time of day, the next post could also be Day 4 (at any time of day or no time specified) or go ahead to Day.

That said, while posts should follow a linear timeline where possible, there is no official ICOC ratio.

We're flexible, and posts may take place at the same time as a previous post, and backdating as needed is fine as long as it is marked as such. There is no set pace to follow.
