That one person who refuses to use proper grammar, but starts talking about plans based purely on power items or the like, regardless of when the item came into the setting or what it does?

I just ran into that guy.

To set the scene: The RP in question is a forum based Gaim SI RP.

Players are pulled into the setting (Kamen Rider Gaim) by a Random Omnipotent Being (ROB). They are given a new name and possibly a new body as well, and can speak english. They also have a bit of cash.

Aside from the cash for food, an apartment, and your clothes... you are given one item of Rider Related nature.

For the most part, this means people trying to be riders in some way.

So we have one person who doesn't know the setting, but was talked into coming in with a Sengoku Driver. Others in the main group that started include:

Kuuga (Kuuga's Arcle), Lupin (Lupin Gunner), An Oni (Oni Transformation Flute), Ryuja(Ouja Deck, rider contracted with DragBlacker), a guy that came in with the DienDriver, and two people with Rider Lockseeds.

I joined in late, but came in with a Lockseed of my own (WaterMelon, Proto-10 -- it's a Lockseed from the Zangetsu section of Gaim Gaiden 1)

I joined the group, lent my lockseed to the Sengoku Driver user, fun times all around so far.

Then the second group after this starts joining. Among them... This guy.

He comes in with a character based on some anime girl that looks like she belongs in Touhou, with green hair and a frilly dress. She also comes in with the Suika (LS-10) lockseed.

As soon as she gives her Lockseed to the Sengoku Rider, in the OOC thread the player starts talking about plans to get and use as his DEFAULT FORM an item that has been stated to KILL its users.

as if it'd be hand-waved as OK.

And the reasoning?

"It has better stats than the thing that the main char uses for a final form in that show"

I know they're gonna eat the consequences of their stupidity in game.

But....

I'm starting to hope for SOONER rather than LATER.

I just dread the char taking the rest of us down with them.

...so... the justification for it being okay and not having consequences... is that it outclasses everyone else all the time?

Very much a new one but so far has plenty of promise, except this guy. Two other people pop up as a slight nuisance in the OOC thread but...

Those were limited to one guy who chafed pretty much everyone with a refusal to tell anyone what he was doing and asking for an item of no use to anyone

(Especially when we asked why he wanted an item of no use, given it is impossible to get the other parts, he got even more aggravatingly secretive)

And one guy that keeps asking for an item from an entirely different group. Seriously, rules are one item from Kamen Rider.

But keeps asking for a Super Sentai (Power Ranger) item from Gokaiger.
