bad end would have been 'not enough power to make the thing' and you get a half-planet
that. eventually falls apart
or even worse using the corrupted core would have been bad too
and you avoided it by not making Nathaniel panic and try to run the program without the last core |Db thanks to subduing the fight right away

Good end for 'evacuate' was the canon evacuate ending, and one of the bad ends for 'restore' was the canon restore ending
Good end for 'restore' would have been actually managing to go back and stop the Calamity
(btw canon restore end would have changed slightly, so that the currently-living NPCs make it back to the Bastion with a memory of what happened)
that bad end was if you stopped Zahi but didn't stop the Calamity
bad end if you hadn't stopped Zahi was a total party wipe in the third Calamity
andddd bad end for 'evacuate' was if you had forced the evacuate with either Zahi uncaptured or without all the Cores needed for the evacuate
which was a mutiny + takeover of the Bastion

so he could just waltz in with the cores and do what he wanted, without relying on what the PCs did
