I finally caved and asked the home I've been working at if they have any permanent jobs. They have! and all the staff I've worked with there want me!
I've never felt more valued, respected or wanted in a place I've worked before!
But the problem is the contract the agency I work with now has with the company that owns the home...
I am hoping they give me a call Monday and maybe... maybe... I'll get hired to a job that is amazing!
I love the home. love the staff and the residents! I really wanna work there. I'll bloody cry if they tell me I can't.
