Changeover being when we swap all the displays and tables to match the period story- the new story being Valentine's, obviously.

It usually means that from 6am to 10pm, everyone is pulling off books and gift product, relocating them to their new place which ALSO needs shit pulled off to make room for it and remerching the display.

Which, as we're a smaller location, don't usually match the plans they send us which are outfitted for our large stores.

So basically it means we have to bend physics and get creative in order to make a display work.

Changeover is typically, with a manger, completed by 5 people. Minimum.
