i was thinking we could do a musebox thing, althoughi 'm not sure exatly where to put him - i mean we could do something generic and chatty like a cafeteria or or coffee shop
or we could also two like "two men show up to arrest the same bank robber" or some comedy like that
or one could observe the other in the process of doing a mission/anything else

well, he is more bound by gravity than your average superhero, but he could certainly do so, especailly with roof access.

My quick fire idea: your boy realizes somebody is trailing him, mostly from rooftops. Tries to trap and catch him, though the little bird slips through his fingers. Then when he finally goes to him, well.

Dick is not planning on running. He is a circus kid to begin with, though, so he's likely to vault away in a way that's difficult to predict, let alone catch.
