[Dragon Age] Steadily getting back to RPG replies, but the single benefit with the painful finger stuff? Using a mouse was relatively OK, which meant I finished 'Origins' and all DLC! Finally started DA2!
And, oh, it's so amazingly refreshing!
I know the maps were essentially same-y - but they're so beautiful to just wander around in!
Everything just feels so much more cinematic and inspirational,
Like, it doesn't feel a chore to just walk between places. It just feels... Compelling, like it should do.
When the cinematics don't make my character's jaw clip through her chin, anyway. :/
But everything else is grand!
Had also forgotten how much more fluid and impressive mages are in this.
Varric's chest hair jokes to Isabella are also a never-ending source of amusement.
The lesson of all this is that chronic, agonising finger pain is best alleviated by dwarves telling jokes.
