Help! First mesh head, Visage, with Lara body and League appliers. I cannot fix the light ring around the neck. What am I missing?
try disabling the neck fix

Thanks! I've toggled that, I've made sure body fat is set right, ugh. Can't make it go away. Maybe a relog is needed.
