It'd be a close as fuck fight but, I would think Jack's agility gives him a very slight edge.

Not sure Cap couldn't match him in agility, though.

I wouldn't agree, Cap has about as much armor as Black Widow. It's coverage meant to hold stuff and allow freedom of movement, not so much protection.

About the only point of genuine armor is the helmet- you might count the shield I GUESS, but as I'm sure you already noticed shield stacks up against sword surprisingly well.
