now with corrected words since my phone is dumb
now i'm retelling how it ruined my high school graduation
it did turn that one guy from a normal sized man back into a little person
so retconning into accuracy is a pretty good fix
sometimes the world works in mysterious ways, tc
but yes, so x3 came out the day of my highschool graduation
for those that don't know, i went to hs in rural georgia and had graduation in a rodeo arena
i did not get to go to the midnight premier of x3 bc my mom didn't want me to be tired while getting my diploma stand in
literally everyone that sat near me didn't have parents that hated fun
so i got to spend the whole time getting pissed and trying to dodge spoilers
from the dude next to me that kept trying to tell me all the deets to the guy behind me that styled his hair like wolverine
i also didn't get to see the movie that day bc family came to town and it "would have been rude" to blow them off to go see a movie
but then, the next day, i finally got to go
and it was the worst fuckin movie ever (until wolverine origins)
so not only did it ruin my graduation experience, it didn't even have the decency to not totally suck
this adding insult to fuckin injury
and that's it, the story of how a comic book movie ruined my high school experience
at least it wasn't Blade 3
