Her Pokemon have evolved, which is exciting news for her and kind of sad for me bc I don't know where everyone's scattered and I want to play out battles.

Violet City's gym has lv 30-35 Pokemon, so Mafuyu's Pokemon won't be level until the end of the month, maybe.

The only one with type advantage so far is her newly evolved Granbull, but that's just type advantage and no good way to fight aerial battles since it's got to bite to use ice/thunder fang

If she were to actually sit down and look at her Pokedex for what Pokemon are out there that would work against flying types, she'd probably aim for Pachirisu on route 31 if she hunts around for a while

There's also Geodude in the Dark Cave, but it's... dark, with no sustainable fire moves to light the way.

But whatever she gets, the highest level she can catch is lv10 and a max +5 level per week, so they won't be battle ready until August anyways, so July won't be gym month

She can also put Violet City aside and go straight to Route 36 since it's not blocked, and there's stronger Pokemon out there

Heck, just go all the way to Goldenrod
