ended up at the ER this morning with hives that were just getting worse over the course of 2 days. (nothing was working) after some disgusting meds (that I have to take for 5 days) I am doing somewhat better
now I just have to figure out what was causing them. O_O

I'm glad you're ok! Hopefully you're able to figure out what caused it without having to encounter it again first.
they r making me journal everything I eat & I have a regular doctor appt on Monday. I get insurance again in Jan. so I will be making an appt with an allergen doc because I dont want to suffer thru that again
