It'd be 415 a month which includes internet, utilities and rent. We have two cats, both older girls, fixed, are willing to have other pets save for dogs.

It's in the Brentwood Estates housing complex, a relatively quiet somewhat secluded neighborhood off main street in Springfield, with relatively direct access to downtown Springfield as well as other shopping and business areas, U of O, Lane Community College and other Eugene/Springfield areas

It's me and my roommate Rhiannon. We're in our 30's and 40's, both of us nerdy and chill, we like to hang out and game both in the MMO and console/PC forms. Lots of nerdy posters/figures/ ect around the house.

It's a two story, garage, washer and dryer, decently sized kitchen, two baths with the upstairs being a shared between me and whoever winds up in the other room. The room itself, while small, has a nice balcony overlooking the back yard as well as a decently sized closet

and a hall closet for extra storage right across from the room

Rhiannon works at Target, I'm disabled and working from home via an online transcription service.
