So if you believe in "Obamacare" by the way, you believe in controlling peoples healthcare? I believe in choosing your own coverage for yourself, so I am pro-Choice with that, and they are violating my right to privacy with my medical choices.
ObamaCare ends the superiority of our health care.
Need an MRI? You will have to wait in line for it, and you may die while waiting.
Does your child need surgery? You may wait six months to a year.
Your parent is elderly and needs a knee replacement? A government panel will decide if his or her life is worth the expense.
Two years after ObamaCare was passed, no branch of government can decipher the 2,700-page bill.
Not to mention under Obamacare, US Veterans are not getting the care they need or even deserve, and some are dying while waiting.
And even more, Obamacare in itself is a violation of the US Constitution, Bill of Rights, number 10. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"
Or if you want proof "The Senate Healthcare Bill" was against the law in itself, and should have been written and made in the House of Represenatives
"All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills” (Art. I, §7). "
On Nov. 8, 2013, 40 Member of the House, led by Trent Franks, chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, filed an amici curiae brief in one of the ongoing judicial challenges, Sissel v. HHS (D.C. Circuit No. 13-5202),
arguing that, “If the Senate can introduce the largest tax increase in American history by simply peeling off the House number from a six-page unrelated bill which does not raise taxes and pasting it on the ‘Senate Health Care Bill,’
and then claim with a straight face that the resulting bill originated in the House, in explicit contravention of the supreme law of the land, then the American ‘rule of law’ has become no rule at all.”
