Apparently I need to make a list of things I'm doing well on, things I should work on, and an Action Plan for how I will work on it

Her two major complaints were one actual critique and her basically saying "I don't like how you act around patrons, even though literally no one has complained ever, I dont get your jokes so stop making them"

It's not even anything useful, it's like. The kind of homework you get at detention or something like Listen Lady. I know what all my flaws are!!! And you're not even complaining about those!!!!

but yeah the week she took off what one of the best of my life tbh it was so restful

i just got to do my job without her bitching at me for cleaning the CDs wrong or running a piece of paper through the printer twice
