Place order on 3/5 for 2 items from Hot Topic.
Email 3/6 that items shipped (in two packages).
Receive 1 item on 3/11.

Email on 3/16 that other item still hasn't arrived and also the tracking number shows it successfully delivered to Texas (not where I live).
Reply on 3/16 says wrong tracking number, but item should arrive within a couple days.

Email on 3/18 says item returned to warehouse for incorrect address (the same one the other item used) and asks for new address. Send new address same day.

I tried to call and got hung up on so I sent a long and mostly nicely worded email that expressed my frustration.

They replied that it was too late to cancel the refund and gave me "one reward" for my trouble. :|

I replied being like "I don't want to be a douche, but that doesn't even cover shipping" and some other person was basically like "HOLY SHIT SORRY ABOUT ALL OF THIS, WE'LL SEND THE SOCKS EXPEDITED FOR FREE. THEY'RE ON THEIR WAY."
