asking for te source is not because i don't trust you guys, it's because with this subject there's bound to be people getting curious and asking "oh, i didn't know that was canon re: this character, where was that stated?" anyway

this is mostly re: characters like zero escape's santa where it doesn't come up in the original game but of course there are also characters like utena or kaworu or haruka and michiru and i can't exactly say "give a source unless you're donating a character everyone knows"

one thing i couldn't exactly put into rules but i hope nobody does anyway is donating offensive characters like opm's puri puri prisoner
