Wanna sleep but there's been an incident in London and my friend's freaking out because it happened where some of her friends could be and I really hope it isn't anything bad... but judging by the police response it isn't something minor :/

there's rumours of a knife being involved, maybe gunshots... gonna stay awake for a while in case my friend needs someone to talk to, she lives close to London and has many friends there
can't be good if people who live in the area have been asked to stay elsewhere for the night if they can
it's being reported as terrorism, people have died, this is too soon, we haven't gotten over Manchester, this is scary
my friend is having trouble sleeping and now I am too because what's happened is terrifying, there's been three incidents in close range to one another, it's twisting
this is too much... apparently the suspects are still at large, these poor people must be so scared... and I'm at a loss because idk how to comfort my friend???
might settle down soon, my friend has calmed down and gone to bed, and there's been no new news on the incident for an hour or so, so goodnight everyone, and please spare a thought for those in London
