Ubiquiti Networks - EdgeRouter™ Lite is good up to a gigabit for most traffic but doesn't do wireless.. they have separate access points. for an all in one Linksys or Asus both make decent models on the medium to high end. Medium end should be fine for 100mbps with average pckt sizes.

They're pretty good. The one we had flaked out very occasionally but I think that was a setting issue rather than a hardware one.
