So today at work, I was on a stool on the tips of my toes, trying to put up topstock books ... When I fall, tugging down an entire shelf with me, wooden part included!!
I'm all good. Mostly mortidied at how clumsy I am, and at how the shock and the pain in my wrist left me sniffling. 
Buy now I am the most awake!! Time to get back out there.
