off to the gym, 30mins of cardio to warm up and then 30mins of personal training... hopefully I'll live through the next hour.

I used to think gym junkies were crazy but it's amazing how wonderful you can feel after a good physical workout.

You will be exhausted but full of energy if that makes any sense! (gym)

I try and go at least 4 times a week now, it should be getting easier, but my PT goes out of his way to try and kill me :-P
