oh. gut wrenching

7 out of 40 houses were occupied. 75% weren't. Aweful.

It was tougher than I expected. I moved 15 yrs ago, and my folks sold abt 10 yrs ago.

But still sad that a vibrant neighborhood is now like a ghost town
