like it's measurable? i went from 'step zero to one on easy gives me difficulty' to 'full combo most songs on normal' but hot damn does that gap between normal and hard look huge from here

anyway i did a 10+1 honour scout today and got the same chika SR i got and idolised last time fuck me

though as much as that felt like a waste i did grab three more SRs that round, even if they were ruby, you and hanamaru who aren't exactly faves. eh.

still, what are the odds that someone with exactly two SRs total would manage to grab one i already had

There's a definite sense of progression from learning songs! I have no idea how it would feel on the Aqours songs because I always felt they were a bit trickier than the baby Muse songs...

As for the SRs, eh, yeah, that's rate up. I've seen people pull like ten 11-pulls and still be missing one of the three rate-up SRs... Gacha hell.

yeah i feel that about the aqours songs being harder. i started with those so now the muse songs at my level feel kind of... boring......

there are some i like, like yujo no-change, but i feel like the beatmap for that one on normal is way too easy for the actual song? idk

They're pretty dang boring at that level, yeah!! But that might mean that their Hard versions would be easier to start than Aqours. I mean, like... Yujo's one of the first songs in the game Period so like... yeah they undershot it a lot.

also geez there's a lot of aqours hate on yt lmao. it's like being into real living breathing idols all over again except without the constant low-lying worry that friday magazine will casually ruin your fave's career at any given moment!

I remember feeling sort of bummed that, compared to other idol game series, they were just going to retire Muse and have a whole new set of girls. But, of course, some people are dicks who can't let go about it.

my new favorite thing is pretending to bailey like i'm one of those "anyone who isn't my fave or likes anyone other than my fave kys" type fans

like "i can't believe the first song i beat on hard is a muse song... their songs are easier though, 'cause their fans are dumb..."

also, trying other songs on hard, finding out they're actually hard, and going back to yujo no-change because i can fc it and it makes me feel better
