I've not done the cr part, but Futayo's following Kiyo to p5 universe . She was planning on trying to give the world hop prize away if she made it but I guess she's not now.

I got no clue where Niwa's going cause there's so many cr I'd continue given the chance who haven't posted or indicated where they're going... if that is still the case a good while later then Maybe persona or blue exorcist since those are apparently the popular spots. Or she could ignore Monika and go to lit club world, what could go wrong. OR.....

I could commit to nothing because the multiverse is made of infinite possibilities and any synchronization could be canon in an alternate timeline :V
