Love the little touches. All the character moments that added weight and didn’t feel superfluous. (Vision/scarlet witch I’m looking at you)
I’m really wondering how they resolve this. Theres hundreds of ways, both from the source material and from the logic they’ve built over this last decade.
Sure we’re getting “new” characters too, but i doubt their power set is sufficient on its own to change events b
It certainly makes me curious on the timing of ant-man & wasp. Obv its before this moving, but does the end line up? And will we see hawkeye there?
The “took a deal for the families” bit makes sense for them, and really they would have been superfluous to everything else. So many characters on screen already...
And dang....Thor don’t make me cry w/your cracking bravado & your mythic journey for a weapon that can become legend....then going into battle armed w/gifts from his companions....
Now for spoiler territory/speculation: so many easter eggs. I moght be reading to much into it, but Thor constantly calling Rocket a rabbit might be a callback to Rockets comic series, where his adversary was a rabbit...
Vision is probably gonna come back, likely lacking some level of emotion (certainly looked like shuri rerouted everything in time...)
They’ve been teasing the eternals of titan for some time....though i doubt we’ll see them. Adam warlock though....i can hope.
W/the universe wide effect its not outside of reason for him to appear before guardians 3....
So much to look forward too and wonder about....when’s the next one? Gonna have to look that up....
Oh, peter dinkledge is beautiful casting and a visual treat.
“That will kill you.” “Only if i die.” “......Thats what kill means....::shakes head::”
Gotta love the asgardian approach to certain death....”that looks like it may hurt, or mildly inconvenience me”
The only character that felt conspicuously absent was valkyrie.....although the grandmasters spaceship was also missing so maybe she got someone out ahead of time? Or tried to attack and got shot down? I expect theres cutting room footage to explain that
I want to apply significance to those soared as well.....as impartial as thanos thinks he is, quite obviously he’s not. Many of those we see left at the end were in some way directly effective vs him...
I DO wonder about Valkyrie. I loved her in Ragnorok and hope we see her again.
I loved the scene between Thor and Rocket
It's hard to do a movie with that many characters and that much movement/travel but I feel like they pulled it off without feeling scattered or wrecking the pacing and just about everyone got a moment.
God damn though, Loki and Gamora. :c
